Postage&Packaging
UK Postage is £2.95 per order. Orders Over £30 qualify for free postage. Postage is calculated on checkout. World wide postage is calculated by the weight of the products. For more information on world wide postage charges, please contact White Gables on the contact form.
All our products are handmade and we aim to dispatch within 7 working days. However, if you do need your item soon, please let us know and we'll do our best to meet your requirements. This time-scale may increase during busy periods, which you will be notified of by email. Custom orders have there own dispatch time which you will be notified of when you make a custom order enquiry. All orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class or courier depending on the size and value of your order and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
Disclaimer
All products are designed and handmade in the UK. Fabrics and colours may vary slightly from item to item but this will not affect the overall look of the design. Every care has been taken to ensure that all images and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible but slight variations may occur. Please follow wash care of product for best treatment.All sizes are approximate.
Payments
You can order on-line and pay through the website using PayPal. This method assures you of security and confidentiality. Using this system we have no access to your credit card information, we simply receive a notification that the amount has been debited. This system is more secure than any telephone or mail system ever could be and probably more secure than most face-to-face transactions you make. The cost of this system is entirely borne by us, in the interests of maintaining your confidentiality and security. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website. Payments in other currency will be exchanged to GBP at the current exchange rate at the time of transaction.
Alternative methods of payment:
To pay by BACS or cheque for any items please email a list of your order through to:claire@whitegablesstudio.com Goods will be dispatched when the transaction clears. We may refuse to accept an order, where goods are not available, where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, if there has been a pricing or product description error; or, if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Confidentiality
We do not supply our 'mailing information' to third parties but do use it to advise our clients of goods we feel may be of interest to them, unless expressly instructed otherwise in writing. Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer system for our convenience, but will not be supplied to any outside agency.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied please inform us within 7 days and return the items within 14 days with their original packaging, suitable for re-sale, in a secure parcel, in original condition and with proof of purchase. We will then arrange a replacement or full refund. You must obtain a free proof of posting from Royal Mail which can used to make a claim if the goods are lost or damaged in transit. We regret we cannot refund postage, unless the item is faulty. All sale items are final.
SERVICE ACCESS
While we endeavour to ensure that the White Gables Studio Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason the White Gables Studio Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the White Gables Studio Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
